In the near future, Ukrainian special services intend to carry out a large-scale provocation to accuse Russia of committing war crimes.

This is stated in the statement of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.

It is noted that this information is confirmed by several independent sources.

“For this, the Kyiv regime planned in the city of Kramatorsk a controlled explosion of the buildings of local narcological and oncological dispensaries (Aleksey Tikhoy St., 31), as well as the First City Hospital (Aleksey Tikhoy St., 17) in order to accuse Russia of allegedly “ deliberate strike" on civilian objects," the statement published on the official Telegram channel of the Russian Defense Ministry says.

The department noted that journalists from Western media had already arrived in Kramatorsk, accompanied by SBU officers.

At the same time, as stated in the statement, the staff of medical institutions was evacuated.

All employees have been transferred to a remote work format until further notice.

“In the Western media, the undermining of medical institutions in Kramatorsk will be presented as another “crime” of the Russian troops, requiring a response from the world community and accelerating the supply of long-range missiles to Kyiv for strikes on Russian territory,” the headquarters statement emphasizes.

It is specified that against the backdrop of the military failures of the Ukrainian army, “the Kyiv authorities are trying to increase pressure on the public opinion of Western countries with such provocations in order to expand the range of supplies of modern weapons and military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”

Provocation with the disruption of the grain deal

On January 15, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Security Service of Ukraine was preparing a large-scale provocation to discredit Russia's actions as part of the grain deal and accusations of creating a "food shortage" in the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime.

“In the village of Karaichnoye, Kharkiv region, the Ukrainian special service is mining a granary, after blowing it up, the Russian Federation will be accused of allegedly “deliberately destroying grain reserves in Ukraine”, “provoking famine” and “failing”, thus, the “grain deal”.

In the Western media, the incident will be presented as “another atrocity of the Russian troops”, requiring a “tough response from the world community,” the message noted.

As indicated by the Ministry of Defense, a group of Ukrainian mine-explosive specialists and SBU officers, totaling up to 30 people, arrived in the Kharkiv region to prepare the sabotage.

"Grave war crimes of the Kyiv regime"

All crimes of the Kyiv regime will not be left unpunished.

This was stated at the end of January in the Russian Foreign Ministry, commenting on the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Western HIMARS systems on a hospital in Novoaidar in the LPR, which killed 14 people.

“The deliberate shelling of existing civilian medical facilities and the targeted killing of civilians are grave war crimes of the Kyiv regime and its Western masters.

The lack of a reaction from the United States and other NATO countries to this yet another monstrous trampling of international humanitarian law by Kyiv once again confirms their direct involvement in the conflict and involvement in the crimes being committed, ”the ministry stressed.
