New Russian attacks targeting the port city of Odessa and others in the Kharkiv region have left five people dead in the past 48 hours. Ukraine appears to have carried out its own drone attack overnight from Friday to Saturday, which damaged a residential building in Saint Petersburg, Russia's second city.
Videos posted on Russian social media showed what appeared to be a drone falling from the sky into the building and setting off an explosion. Ukraine has only received 30% of the artillery shells promised by the European Union, according to Zelensky.
