This is the opinion of nature conservation director Henrik Martinsson at the County Administrative Board in Halland.

He and three others at the authority in Halland have pressed that permission should be denied.

Despite that, the County Administrative Board has now said yes to two out of three plans for wind farms off Halland's coast.

The applications are now awaiting a final decision by the government.
