It was last Saturday that a member's meeting was held about whether or not group leader and municipal board chairman Ebba Östlin should be in the future.

After the vote, it turned out that Östlin did not receive continued confidence, 91 people were against a continuation and 88 for the sitting KS chairman.

The confidence vote has subsequently been described as a coup and the media have reported, among other things, that people with connections to gang crime should have been present at the meeting.

At the same time, there is another phalanx that dismisses the coup accusations.

Now SVT Stockholm can tell you that several members who voted for Ebba Östlin (S) received threatening messages after the vote.

Östlin will possibly remain in the post until the annual meeting in Botkyrka workers' municipality in mid-March.

It may also be ready before the municipal council at the end of February.

SVT has sought Ebba Östlin (S) for a comment without result.
