According to Milonov, various signs, titles and incentives for mothers of large families have been introduced in the country.
For example, the honorary title "Mother Heroine" was recently returned.
At the same time, he recalled that similar awards are also given to outstanding fathers in a number of regions.
“The introduction of such a sign at the federal level would help both existing families and would serve the cause of promoting a strong marriage, responsibility and fatherhood,” the text of the appeal says.
According to the parliamentarian, Russian fathers with many children who “demonstrate a true example of paternal care, work, responsibility and love towards their families” could apply for the award.
Earlier in Russia, they called to allow early retirement for single fathers with many children.
