There was a call to establish a state award for minors for heroism in Russia. Chairman of the Association of Manufacturers of Children's Goods, Works and Services Mikhail Vetrov proposed evaluating the idea.

A copy of the appeal addressed to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of Russia, Ksenia Razuvaeva, is at the disposal of RT. “We have repeatedly witnessed how children in difficult and extreme situations demonstrated presence of mind, ingenuity and courage, and performed real heroic deeds,” Vetrov said.
