In addition, according to him, in other situations, Russian youth demonstrate a high level of patriotism and defend the prestige and authority of Russia.
“I ask you to evaluate the idea of establishing a specialized state award for minor children who perform outstanding and heroic deeds in difficult conditions,” the text of the appeal says.
In his opinion, the establishment of such an award will have the right influence on the education of the younger generation and will become an additional incentive to commit good and correct deeds.
Earlier, Vetrov proposed considering the possibility of organizing short educational lectures and seminars in Russian educational institutions on the basics of using electric scooters, as well as on methods for accident-free driving of such devices.
