Zakharova commented on the lowering of the level of diplomatic relations with Estonia

“The Estonian regime got what it deserved,” she wrote on Telegram.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russia was lowering the level of diplomatic relations to chargé d'affaires with Estonia.

This measure, as specified in the department, is a response to the radical reduction of the staff of the Russian embassy by Tallinn.

The Foreign Ministry indicated that the Estonian ambassador should leave Russia on February 7.
