Niu Yu, who was born in 1997, is one of the youngest NPC deputies in Sichuan this year. This year is the first time Niu Yu participated in the Sichuan NPC and CPPCC.

After the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008, Beichuan County, Mianyang City, where Niu Yu lives, was severely affected.

Three days after being buried, the then 11-year-old Niu Yu was rescued from the rubble by rescuers. After more than 30 surgeries, he saved his left leg, but unfortunately his right leg was amputated below the thigh.

Then the thing that really changed me was actually the (2018) Wenchuan Marathon.

It is the first marathon in Wenchuan, and the theme of the marathon is new students.

For a child who was rescued from the earthquake (ruins) for three days, that moment was really shocking, and your heart was suddenly touched.
