At the same time, the interlocutor of the agency stressed that employees of IT companies, banks and government agencies with access to critical data can only work from the office.
“Such employees cannot work from abroad, so they are offered to either return or engage in projects that do not imply access to important data,” he added.
According to the source, the schedule and format of work of such specialists is determined individually.
Earlier, Andrey Klishas, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on State Building and Constitutional Legislation, confirmed that a draft law is being developed in Russia that provides for restrictions on remote work for Russian citizens who have left the country.
