Russian law enforcement agencies eliminated a Ukrainian intelligence agent. The agent was involved in the murder of a Russian officer and the preparation of a terrorist attack in Berdyansk.
On the eve of the presidential elections in Russia, the agent tried to remove weapons from a cache to carry out another terrorist attack. “During the arrest, he offered armed resistance and was neutralized by return fire,” the FSB said. A pistol and ammunition were seized at the scene. A recruited Russian citizen born in 1974 was eliminated.
