The Dar Al Ber Association announced a project to finance and equip charitable and relief ambulances, to help the sick and injured, including orphans, the poor, the needy, and needy families in poor popular places, or for disasters that lack medical care in some countries in which the association implements its projects.

The cost of the equipped ambulance varies in some countries, starting from 92 thousand dirhams, and in other countries at an average amount of 191 thousand dirhams, and in others the value of the equipped car reaches 236 thousand dirhams, according to the needs.

The Society has previously implemented a project to equip ambulances for charitable medical centers in some countries, but on a limited scale, and according to the Society’s capabilities and available efforts to use these cars in areas where this service does not exist, as part of Dar Al Ber charitable and relief projects.

The urgent need for the association to finance the project of purchasing and equipping charitable and relief ambulances for charitable medical centers and clinics in some countries came as a result of the use of primitive trucks to transport patients and injured people, in light of the lack of medical equipment and ambulances, which causes the death of patients and injured people before they reach the hospital.

Dar Al Ber called on the good people of the UAE and residents to donate to the project of purchasing and equipping a charitable ambulance by paying the cost or partial contribution to the value of the car, through the “Abwab Al Khair” program, which is presented by Radio “Noor Dubai” every Friday.
