Lavrov: Russia strikes at the infrastructure of Ukraine, which helps to kill Russians

He noted that Russian troops are disabling Ukrainian energy facilities that help the West pump Ukraine with lethal weapons to kill Russians.

Lavrov also warned of the huge risk of any conflict between states possessing nuclear weapons escalating into a nuclear war.

Earlier, the minister said that Moscow is worried about the rapid evolution of NATO, including in the context of the war unleashed by the West against Russia in Ukraine and global security.
