The Ukrainian Air Force also said on Sunday that it had shot down 35 Iranian-made Shahed drones, out of a total of 39 launched by Russia overnight over ten regions. On Saturday March 9, Russia claimed to have destroyed 47 Ukrainian drones during the night, mainly in the Rostov-on-Don region, bordering Ukraine.
