The victim has phone contact with the rescue service and tries to guide the helicopter to the right position.

The alarm came to the Swedish Maritime Administration's maritime and air rescue center (JRCC) at 10.36.

- We have two units on site and the JRCC is leading the effort, says Fredrik Strömbäck, communicator at the Swedish Maritime Administration.

The units participating in the rescue operation must not yet have made visual contact with the affected person.

Emergency services and an ambulance are on their way to Fyrudden.
