“We have stated and continue to declare to Russia that we do not recognize the annexation of Crimea.

We do not recognize the results of the referendums that take place on the territory of Ukraine, ”RIA Novosti reports the words of Cavusoglu.

Earlier it became known that the turnout in referendums in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions exceeded 50%.

Crimea became a Russian region after a referendum held there in March 2014, in which the majority of the inhabitants of the peninsula spoke in favor of reunification with Russia.
