The reasons for this choice can be read on the website of the Maranello team:

The Scuderia Ferrari is preparing to take to the track with a special look for the Italian Grand Prix, which takes place this weekend at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza.

The car livery, racing suits and helmets of drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will all have yellow touches to celebrate the origins of the brand with a color that is part of Ferrari history.

From the very beginning of the Scuderia in 1929 and later when the car company was founded 75 years ago, Enzo Ferrari chose yellow, which together with blue is one of the colors of the Modenese emblem, to characterize the company's emblem, the Prancing Horse with the tricolor band at the top.

A very special look to celebrate a very special occasion, the 100th anniversary of the Monza circuit.

Who knows if the fans will appreciate this splash of yellow on the reds of Maranello?
