Political scientist Balbek called EU visa regime initiatives with Russia "revenge from impotence"

“An attempt to win back on tourists is evidence of the failure of sanctions as a tool of pressure on Russia.

Now they decided to play dirty tricks in a petty way: to infringe on tourists, to organize obstacles for Russian yachtsmen and travelers, ”the political scientist believes.

In his opinion, this decision is the same dead-end path, which, like sanctions, will not have any impact on Russian politics.

“I think this is done more to appease Western society.

Like, look, we continue to put pressure on Russia, we have limited them in tourism.

But let's be frank: when tourists begin to infringe, this is revenge from impotence, which, however, the West is now demonstrating, ”added Balbek.
