“At the same time, the risks of a worsening situation remain not only in the European part of the country, but also in certain regions of the Far East, where the fire situation is traditionally difficult.
And in this regard, I ask the leadership of the regions and the Ministry of Emergency Situations to take the situation under special control,” the President of Russia said.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Alexander Kurenkov, recommended that the governors of the regions of the Central and Volga federal districts impose a ban on visiting forests and suspend the hunting season due to fire danger.
