According to him, the counter-battery spotter managed to find the enemy's weapon.
“After that, our Grad crew worked out on the enemy’s firing position, suppressing the fire of the French CAESAR gun mount,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
The commander specified that as a result of the operation, the firing position was destroyed, and the damaged gun mount was evacuated by the Ukrainian military.
In July, French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said that six French CAESAR self-propelled artillery mounts were on their way to Ukraine.
