At the beginning of August, several domestic animals were attacked by wolves in three different places in Skåne during one day - Klippan, Osby and Hörby.

And so far this year, five more wolf attacks have been noted in the county.

- It has been quite calm until August 1 when we had the three different attacks and we suspect that it is three different individuals, says Nils Carlsson, wildlife officer at the Skåne County Administrative Board.

There is already an established territory on Linderödsåsen and now the County Administrative Board suspects that a second territory is about to be formed.

A wolf from Sörmland is suspected of two attacks and should a third occur, the County Administrative Board is now notifying that protective hunting may be relevant.
