The boy says in police interrogation that he needed to relieve the pressure and parked his EPA tractor next to a petrol station in Trosa.

On his way back to the car, he was met by a man in his 30s carrying a machete in one hand.

The boy ran for his life with the suspected perpetrator hot on his heels.

He managed to get safely into his own car and drive away.

In a hurry, he called his parents, friends and the police, according to the boy in the interrogation.

Arrested by police

Later in the evening, a suspect was arrested by the police and during a search of the house, a machete roughly 40 centimeters long was found.

The man states in the police interrogation that he saw the teenager on a few occasions in Trosa and then experienced him as threatening.

When he saw him again at the gas station, he went there to talk to him.

He believes that he brought a machete with him to ensure his own safety.

On Tuesday, he was charged at the Nyköping district court as a suspect of grossly illegal threats.

In the lawsuit, the prosecutor believes that the boy could be expected to feel serious fear and that the threat was significantly enhanced with weapons.
