The professor believes that the Americans "will come up with a new course even before the conflict is over."

Ellwanger also doubted that US citizens really care about Ukraine.

He recommended that when you see an American with a Ukrainian flag, you should ask yourself if he can find Ukraine on a map. 

Earlier, National Review columnist Nate Hochmana said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should not neglect the problems of the United States, demanding additional support from Americans.
