The declaration emphasizes that the region is a historical part of Russia, and the Russian language, along with Ukrainian, will become the state language of the region from 2022.

The document states that in the future, a number of industries are expected to develop in the region, in particular, agriculture, industry, science, etc.

The declaration also notes that the Kherson region is beginning to become part of the social, technological, communication and information complex of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, the press service of the administration of the Kherson region reported that a public chamber had been created in the region.

At the same time, on July 28, it became known that temporary departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia were created in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
