The day before, Russia carried out new massive strikes against Ukraine's power grid, seriously damaging at least three thermal power plants. On Saturday, the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy indicated that these cuts had been lifted in all the regions concerned. But energy restrictions remained in force for 120,000 users in the Kharkiv region (east) because of " considerable damage" suffered by local infrastructure.
