“Gozman was released after an erroneous detention caused by the fact that, for technical reasons, his federal search in the case of dual citizenship was not canceled,” he said.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put Leonid Gozman on the wanted list.
In July, Gozman's lawyer said that his client was interrogated by the Investigative Committee in the case of failure to fulfill the obligation to submit a notification of citizenship of a foreign state.
