Rodion Miroshnik, head of the representative office of the Lugansk People's Republic in Russia, reports this on his Telegram channel with reference to the mayor of the city, Albert Apshev.

Apshev also informed that as a result of the shelling of Alchevsk by the Ukrainian military, a civilian was wounded.

In addition, according to Apshev, power was lost in some areas of the city, and the power line was broken in several places.
