“The second point for issuing Russian passports has opened in the Republic - in the city of Anthracite,” the press service of the LPR government said in a statement.
In the near future, it is planned to open two more such points on the liberated territory of the republic.
On July 1, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR reported that about 300,000 residents of the republic received Russian citizenship.
Earlier it became known that the first point of issuing Russian passports on the territory of the LPR was opened in Lugansk.
