A swindler who issued debit cards for non-existent foreigners was detained in Moscow. More than 700 fake passports and migration cards with all stamps and seals were confiscated from him.
A criminal case has been initiated into the crime under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Russia. Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, said that the department had prepared a bill to tighten control in the field of migration. The bill has been submitted to the Russian parliament.
