The non-profit organization NCMEC, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, reported to Europol and in this way the Swedish police became aware of the man, who lives in the southern parts of Jönköping County.

Admits crime
During questioning, he says that he had a sexual interest in children for two years and that when he was under the influence of drugs, he switched off one part of the brain and connected to another.

Nine years in prison
At times, he has lived with his family in a municipality outside the county.
There are several children in the family, but the man has been charged and convicted of abusing two of them.
He has previously been convicted of several serious crimes.
On Friday, he was sentenced to nine years in prison.
He is convicted of aggravated child rape, aggravated child sexual abuse, aggravated child pornography offense and offensive photography.
He must also pay damages totaling SEK 445,000 to the children.
