The avenue in Gothenburg attracts tech companies from all over the world

These are about 30 companies with connections to the technology industry that in recent years have established themselves on Avenyn in Gothenburg.

At the company where Cleo works, applications for work in Gothenburg in particular have increased by over 250% since before the pandemic.

- Gothenburg feels like a city on the rise.

Historically, the city has lagged a bit behind on the tech scene, but now we see a shift, says Vishal Ganatra, marketing manager at Lime Technologies, where Cleo Dan also works.

"Attractive area"

And the image that it's spring for tech on the avenue is confirmed by Avenyföreningen's CEO Jessika Wassberg.

- We see a trend that many tech companies are establishing themselves.

The avenue is an attractive area that lives around the clock, day and night.

That is probably an explanation, says Jessika Wassberg.
