The Moderates 'group leader in Gävle, Margareta Larsson, believes that over time there have been problems with accurate reporting of the money that goes from the municipal board's internal budget to Brynäs' community project "A good start".

- I have not seen reports for recent years, and it is clear you want to know where tax money goes.

It is still quite large sums of money and if you add every year, it will be huge sums.

We demand reporting from others who get money from us, she says.

Nobody has seen the report

SVT has also talked to members of the municipal board from several other parties.

Members from the Left Party, the Liberals, the Christian Democrats and the Sweden Democrats responded.

None of these had seen any financial account of "A good start" business.

- We still do not know what the money for "A good start" has been used for in recent years.

Our concern is that there may be a disguised elite support, says Mattias Eriksson Falk, the Sweden Democrats.

The Liberals' Helene Åkerlind, on the other hand, is not as critical.

- The collaboration has worked very well.

I have not sought any financial report as I do not sit on the relevant committee.

SVT has sought representatives from the Center Party and the Green Party.
