The head of the British Foreign Office, Liz Truss, said earlier that she was in favor of the confiscation of Russian assets frozen by Western countries and their transfer in favor of Ukraine.

To implement the decision on confiscation, according to the minister, it will be necessary to adopt a new law or amend the existing provisions of the law. 

The US Treasury Department said more than $330 billion in assets of the Central Bank of Russia and sanctioned Russians were blocked or frozen in 100 days.
