The alarm about the fire came at 19 o'clock on Thursday and the villa was completely destroyed.
On the morning of Midsummer's Eve, the police announced that a man in his 35s had been arrested in the case.
The man has been known to the police since before and has previously been convicted of, among other things, receiving and assault.
The arrest hearing was held behind closed doors and the suspect was detained with restrictions.
Prosecution must be brought no later than 11 July.
