  Since May 5, overseas remote video notarization has been implemented on a pilot basis in 65 Chinese embassies and consulates abroad and 94 domestic notary offices. If overseas Chinese citizens need remote video notarization, they can apply to the pilot notary offices and offices. .

  This overseas remote video notarization service is organized and carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice.
