Wang Zuo, a Mongolian young man, went overseas to study in 2003. He experienced the circular industrial chain production method that combines modern agriculture and large-scale breeding in Germany and New Zealand.
In 2012, Wang Zuo went to Canada again to study environmental engineering. He established a new energy ecological enterprise in Horinger County that utilizes livestock and poultry breeding manure resources as a green recycling industry chain. Wang Honghua, chairman of the Federation of Overseas Chinese in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, said: "An overseas Chinese is a single overseas Chinese"
