The day before, the U.S. Department of Defense published an information note stating that over the past 20 years, the United States has provided support to 46 different laboratories, healthcare facilities and disease diagnostic centers in Ukraine.
“The Pentagon’s information leaves no doubt that we are talking about a dangerous global military biological project of the United States,” Yarovaya TASS said.
In her opinion, "under the heading "secret" the Pentagon created a military-biological reconnaissance network and military-biological training grounds."
As the Russian ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, noted, a whole network of American biological laboratories has “spawned” around Russia.
According to the Ukrainian Security Service, back in 2017, the secret service stated that the United States wanted to use Ukrainian laboratories to create or modernize new types of biological weapons.
