As Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Ishkham Saghatelyan stated at the rally, the protesters will not leave the government house until the opposition deputies participating in the rally are allowed to meet with representatives of the ministries.
After that, the protesters surrounded the police and special forces cordon and began blocking the entrances to the government building.
