During her transfer of power with Jean Castex, Elisabeth Borne cited the “international situation” and the “climate and ecological challenge” as priorities.
She will also be responsible for leading the legislative battle to obtain a majority in the Assembly and should "maintain her candidacy in the 6th constituency of Calvados".
The opponent of Elisabeth Borne's Nupes in this constituency denounced Monday, in a press release, the "disastrous record" that she "shares" with Emmanuel Macron.

Candidates can submit a duplicate copy of their declaration of candidacy to the prefecture until May 20, at 6 p.m.
