The premises of Family Planning in Strasbourg had already been targeted several times in March 2023 by tags opposing the right to abortion. The founder of the Simone Veil Medical Institute in Rouen, which supports women in the process of having an abortion, announced that she had filed a complaint on Tuesday after "recurring acts of malicious intent"
