The indictment concerns a total of 26 different women from different parts of Sweden, including Värmland, Örebro, Stockholm and Gothenburg.
According to the indictment, the man got in touch with the women on an online sugar dating site, where he was very active.
Some days he has been logged in up to 50 times.
The women thought they would meet a wealthy man but they were deceived.
Those who sold sexual services to the man were not paid according to the indictment and in 13 cases he is said to have raped the women.
Infamous fraudster
The man, who is in his 60s, is a notorious fraudster and has been convicted several times before.
Most recently in February, he was sentenced to prison in Norway for fraud.

The trial is scheduled for 25 days, prosecutor Barbro Brännlund does not want to participate in any TV interview during the trial.
