“During the day on May 16 (from 08:00 to 16:00), 219 people were evacuated from Mariupol to the Bezymennoye Novoazovsky district, including 40 children,” the headquarters said.
The evacuees were taken to a point of assistance deployed by the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic.
On May 15, the DPR reported that as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian army in the liberated territories of the republic, six civilians were injured, including one child.
