All localities and departments have been working hard to get through the channels for transportation.

Today (April 13), the Ministry of Transport stated that the maritime department has opened up a "green channel" on the water to ensure that vegetables, grains and oils and other aid living materials can go directly to Shanghai.

Yesterday, the 2,300 tons of vegetables, grains and oils urgently raised by Liaoning Province to help Shanghai have been boarded from the Liaoyu Wharf in Dalian Bay. Directly to Shanghai by land.

The local maritime department opened up a "green channel", followed the transport ships throughout the process, dispatched sea patrol ships to escort them on site, and ensured the safe and rapid departure of the batch of materials.

Zhang Chongyang, Director of the Navigation Division of the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport: For ships transporting important materials, we will ensure that the ships safely and efficiently deliver key materials to ports across the country.

In Zhoushan, Zhejiang, ships from the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone with the entire oil and gas industry chain as the core, the maritime department uses the maritime intelligent control platform, ship traffic management system, etc. to carry out remote electronic cruise, and strengthens non-contact through video connection and video surveillance law enforcement to provide security for ships arriving at the port.

The maritime department of Lianyungang has set up a special class for the transportation of key materials, and through the e-government system, it has taken measures to approve and prioritize the port and dock for the ships carrying key materials, so as to further reduce the waiting time of ships and cargoes at the port.

At present, the supply and demand of shipping between Guangxi and Guangdong are booming. In order to keep the inland waterway open and avoid congestion of ships passing through the locks, the Guangxi and Guangdong maritime departments actively coordinate the reasonable arrangement of annual repairs and joint scheduling of the ship locks along the route to ensure that the materials urgently needed for resumption of work and production are transported to the Pearl River Delta by waterway.
