Ministry of Transport: During the Spring Festival in 2024, cross-regional movement of people across society is expected to exceed 8.4 billion. In 2023, 2,776 kilometers of high-speed railways will be opened, 7,000 of highways will be expanded, and 1,000 kilometers of new waterways will be added.
