Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that the Russians, including celebrities, who “feared and left” Russia with the start of the military operation in Ukraine, are not enemies of the state.
As Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reminded earlier, Russians who decide to choose to live in another country have the right to do so.
