The Investigative Committee began an investigation after a request to investigate the involvement of the West in terrorist attacks. The appeal came from deputies Andrei Krasov, Nikolai Kharitonov, Yana Lantratova and from public figures Alexander Dugin and Andrei Derkach.

“A procedural check has been organized in the central office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,” the agency reported. Investigators will study the data presented and make a procedural decision, noted Svetlana Petrenko.
