A Palestinian youth was killed and 14 others were wounded by Israeli occupation forces' bullets after they stormed Jenin camp today, Saturday.

The occupation army stormed the camp and stayed there for about two hours, then arrested two Palestinian youths who it claimed were wanted and preparing for an armed operation, noting that one of them was seriously injured and taken to a hospital for treatment.

The occupation forces also stormed the village of Burqin, south of Jenin.

And the Israeli army spokesman, Avichai Adraee, announced that the occupation army had ended the military operation it had started in the Jenin area.

The Israeli spokesman said that his forces surveyed the house of the perpetrator of the recent Tel Aviv operation to study the possibility of demolishing it, and that during the operation two wanted men suspected of being involved in acts he described as terrorist were arrested, and that this operation was carried out based on intelligence information from the Intelligence Authority and the Shin Bet.

The Israeli Chief of Staff had instructed to reinforce his forces in the friction areas in the West Bank and to implement wide security measures against the families of the perpetrators of the recent attacks in Israel.

The people of Jenin attended the funeral of the martyr Ahmed Al-Saadi, who was martyred by the Israeli occupation forces' bullets during their storming of Jenin refugee camp.

The Islamic Jihad movement mourned the martyr al-Saadi, noting that he was one of the fighters of Saraya al-Quds, the movement's military arm.

The movement stressed that the Palestinian factions, with all their formations, stand united in defense of Jenin camp, and that it will not allow the occupation to monopolize the Palestinian people, warning against the continuation of its aggression against the camp.

In turn, Islamic Jihad spokesman Tariq Salmi said - in a statement - that the occupation is trying, through these operations, to export its internal crises and get out of the state of shock formed by the resistance operations in the Israeli depth.

For its part, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) praised what it described as the Palestinian resistance men's response to the Israeli occupation forces' storming of Jenin camp.

The movement confirmed - in a press statement - that the blood of the martyrs will not be in vain, and that the resistance fighters will remain in the era of the martyrs, according to its description.

Hamas also called on the Palestinian people to escalate the confrontation against the occupation and its settlers in all the cities of the West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the storming of the Jenin camp by the occupation forces and said - in a statement - that it was a deliberate escalation against the Palestinian people, their land, property and holy sites. The Palestinian Foreign Ministry held the Israeli government responsible for all the repercussions of this escalation.
