  The whole process requirements are as follows:

1. Arrangement of the pre-boarding inspection process

  (1) All personnel from Cambodia to China must undergo 2 single nucleic acid tests, 1 "double sampling and double testing" and 1 antigen test.

Among them, the first nucleic acid single test was conducted at the National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) of Cambodia on the 14th day before boarding (excluding the boarding day); the second nucleic acid single test was conducted on the 3rd day before boarding (excluding the boarding day). 2. Health code application

  (1) Basic materials: All passengers going to China from Cambodia have obtained two nucleic acid tests and one "double-collected and double-checked" certificate before their travel, and can log in to the WeChat "International Version of Epidemic Prevention Health Code" applet (for Chinese citizens) or click https ://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ link (foreign citizens) to apply for a health code from the embassy, ​​fill in the personal information accurately, and upload 2 nucleic acid tests, 1 "double sampling and double testing" certificate, " Self-health status monitoring form, air ticket itinerary, valid residence certificate (valid visa page or labor certificate, etc.), and a 4-day closed-loop quarantine certificate issued by the airline.

  (2) Those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and hold a compliant vaccination certificate must upload a vaccination certificate (vaccination card or vaccination sheet) and a signed "New Crown Vaccination Statement" in addition to the required basic materials.

At the same time, those who have not completed the entire number of injections required for vaccination (for example, two doses of vaccine should be vaccinated but only one vaccine has been received), or those who have received two doses of inactivated vaccine on the same day, will be reviewed as those who have not been vaccinated.

Persons who are vaccinated with two doses of inactivated vaccine on the same day, if they can re-vaccinate one dose of inactivated vaccine 14 days before boarding, can be reviewed as the person who has been vaccinated.

  (3) All Chinese-funded enterprises and project personnel in Cambodia (including central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises) returning to China must undergo 17-day quarantine observation and closed-loop management before the second nucleic acid single test to ensure no contact with the outside world, and conduct basic In addition to the materials, the 17-day quarantine certificate issued by the relevant company must be uploaded.   (4) Those who come to Cambodia temporarily on business must undergo a 10-day self-isolation closed-loop management and self-health monitoring before the second nucleic acid test. materials are uploaded together.

3. Persons who are not allowed to review and issue health codes

  (1) Previously infected persons.

Those who have been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia; although they have not been diagnosed, they have not been vaccinated against the new crown vaccine approved by the international health organization, and the nucleic acid test, IgM, and IgG antibody test results have been positive; the nucleic acid test result is positive after the antigen test result is positive By.

  (2) Suspected cases.

That is, those who have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, and respiratory discomfort during self-isolation observation and health monitoring 14 days before boarding.

  If you really need to apply for a health code, you must undergo an additional 14-day health monitoring. Nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days of the monitoring period. After completing the health monitoring, you will normally perform the quarantine and testing procedures before returning to China.

  (3) Close contacts.

Suspected and confirmed cases start 2 days before symptoms appear, or 2 days before asymptomatic infection specimens are sampled, and those who have close contact with them but have not taken effective protection; the nucleic acid test result before boarding is indeterminate (UNCERTAIN) Persons; persons with a negative nucleic acid test result after a positive antigen test result.

  If you really need to apply for a health code, an additional 14-day health monitoring must be carried out. Nucleic acid testing will be carried out on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days of the monitoring period. If the results are all negative, the quarantine and testing procedures before returning to China will be performed normally after the health monitoring is completed.

  (4) Those who have been vaccinated for less than 14 days.

Passengers who have been vaccinated must travel 14 days after completing the entire vaccination process, until antibodies are generated and effective protection is formed.

  (5) Transit returnees.

Passengers transiting from a third country to China via Cambodia and passengers departing from Cambodia and transiting to China via a third country.

4. Special reminder

  (1) At present, the global new crown epidemic is still very serious, and the risk of cross-infection in international travel is high. The embassy in Cambodia advises you to "non-essential, non-emergency, do not travel", "non-essential, do not go out", especially do not go to crowd gatherings Regions and high-risk areas of the epidemic to minimize the risk of infection.

If you really need to travel back to China, you must strictly protect yourself during health monitoring, closed-loop isolation, and related testing until boarding the plane.

  (2) No antigen negative certificate is required to apply for a health code.

The negative antigen certificate is only for the airline to check before boarding, and it is used in conjunction with the health code, which is indispensable.

  (3) All passengers traveling from Cambodia to China must conduct on-site sampling and testing at the testing agency designated by the embassy.

If the passengers are sampled off-site, the embassy will not recognize the relevant test results and refuse to issue health codes for them.

Be sure to strictly abide by the regulations of the testing agency to ensure that the testing data is true and valid.

Falsifying the test report or asking others to "impersonate" to participate in the test, or "fraudulently obtain" the health code due to unqualified antibody testing, vaccination, concealment of illness, will violate relevant laws and regulations and will be severely investigated for legal responsibility.
