The Chalhoub Group organized a fashion show entitled "The Showcase" in the Lebanese pavilion at "Expo 2020 Dubai", with the participation of a group of designers from five Arab countries, namely the UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Saudi Arabia.

The group noted that the show underscores its commitment to supporting the fashion scene, providing opportunities for the next generation of designers and talent.

The event witnessed the announcement of the Ramadan CSR campaign launched by the Chalhoub Group, under the title "With Love, We Make a Difference", a sustainable tote handbag designed in collaboration with international artist James Gold Crown, and the proceeds of it will go to the "Dubai Cares" program: "Rewired Advertisement" Global Communication for Education.

The list of participants included: Kawthar Al-Hareish (Saudi Arabia), Rima Al-Banna (Palestine), Sarah Al-Tamimi (UAE), Thym Mark - Rebecca Zaatar (Lebanon), Yasmine Saleh (Lebanon), and Zaid Farooqi (Jordan).

For his part, President of the Chalhoub Group, Patrick Chalhoub, said, “The group is committed to accelerating entrepreneurship dedicated to the fashion industry, as the region represents a rapidly developing fashion working environment, driven by its young pioneers and a distinguished group of talented designers.”

He pointed out that organizing the event at the "Dubai Expo" highlights the development of fashion and fashion in the region, and thus its status on the global stage.
