The Ministry of Education highlighted the "Emirati Sanaa", which is a lifestyle that embodies the ethics of culture and the rules of Emirati social life, during a session organized by the Ministry, in cooperation with strategic partners, yesterday, in the "Fazaa Pavilion" at Expo 2020 Dubai.

The session, which was attended by the Minister of Education, Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, CEO of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival, Abdullah Hamdan Bin Dalmouk, Member of the Federal National Council and Executive Director of the Watani Al Emarat Foundation, Dharar Belhoul Al Falasi, and Vice Chairman of the Cultural and Heritage Festivals and Programs Management Committee, participated in the session. Issa Saif Al Mazrouei, and the Assistant Undersecretary for the Curriculum Sector in the Ministry of Education, Dr. Hamad Al Yahyai.

The Minister of Education honored the schools that participated and excelled in the implementation of the Emirati Al-Sana'a Program.

The dialogue session reviewed the book "Al-Sanaa", which was published in cooperation between the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival and the Ministry of Education, and was published within the curricula of schools in the UAE.

Abdullah bin Dalmouk stressed that “a distinction must be made between values ​​and practices, as the products are procedures stemming from the heritage and positive habits that we were brought up on and inherited, and they must continue with us, evolve and adapt to the developments of the times.”

For his part, Dirar Belhoul stressed the importance of the next step in making this book a practical application and not just words, by instilling it in the hearts of students, parents and society as a whole, in order to root it in everyone an approach and a way of life on the land of security and tolerance.

Issa Al Mazrouei focused on the importance of the role of education and the teacher in conveying the product and its information in all its details in the correct manner to the students.

For his part, Hamad Al Yahyai reviewed the efforts to implement the Sana’a program in all schools in the different emirates of the country at all educational levels, through a 40-minute class activity, which constitutes a step towards the further spread and application of the product in the long term in society.
